All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer for all orders. Any exceptions where the weight of the order is beyond the normal standards imposed by the courier companies, bulk freight transport charges will be quoted to the customer for each order.
All products can be returned within 10 business days from the date on the invoice. All items being returned must be unused, unsealed, unopened and in their original packaging in a re-sellable condition. All returns must be approved by our returns department and assigned a return authorization number. All products being returned are shipped at the customers expense, a 20% restocking charge will also be applied. All returns sent back to CompatibleTonerGroup.com that do not follow the above criteria will be refused or sent back.
All defective product requests must indicated as such, accompanied with sample print copies and usage reports generated by printers to help us properly analyze the returns. Returns of spent supplies falsely returned as defective products will not be refunded and customers will be charged full shipping charges. All defective returns must be approved by our returns department and assigned a return authorization number. Customers with approved requests for defective returns or shipping errors will be sent prepaid shipping labels.
